The annual Alliance Francaise French Film Festival will
celebrate two decades of fine cinema in 2009, returning to Brisbane
with a program rich in culture.

Boasting 32 films in a variety of genres, this year's festival
offers an impressive and ambitious panoramic view of the
contemporary French film industry.

There is also a full menu of special events, French cuisine,
children's programs and fine wine on offer to round out the
cinematic experience.

Returning this year to Palace Centro Cinema, the festival will
also make its debut at the new Palace Barracks Cinema bringing big
names such as Juliette Binoche, Vincent Cassel, Virginie Ledoyen,
Catherine Deneuve and Gerard Depardieu to the complex's new silver
screens.
